What we store

Your brand brief: voice, offers, audiences, competitors, and other details you give us.
Uploads: files you add in the portal, such as logos, examples, and style guides.
Articles and keywords: the research, drafts, feedback, and published content we produce for you.
Billing records: your plan, invoices, and payment status.

How we use it

We use your data only to deliver the service: researching topics, writing and publishing articles, running your portal, and billing you. Some of this work uses third-party services, such as hosting and AI writing models, which process the data only as needed to perform that work.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your brand brief or content to market to anyone else.

You own the articles we produce for you. See our Terms for details.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. If you leave, you can ask us to export or delete it, subject to records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.
