Terms of Service

The service

Pulse SEO Content Engine ("Pulse SEO") is operated by Tuss Studios. We research keywords, write articles, and publish them to your website on a schedule, with review and approval through your client portal.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite to your portal and for keeping your login details private. Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly. There is a 3-month minimum, after which plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Any one-time setup fee is described in your proposal or agreement.

Who owns the content

You own every article we write for you, including after you cancel. You are responsible for approving content before it is published and for anything you ask us to include, such as claims about your products or services.

No ranking guarantees

The service is provided as is. Search results depend on many things outside our control, so we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or any specific outcome.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
